You see that right. I thought I didn’t so I stepped on the scale twice this morning, just to be sure. I waited about 10 min between those steps too. The same number came up!
If you’ve ever known someone that’s struggled with their weight, or you struggle yourself, then you know the emotions when you reach your last known low. Well, I’m 3 tenths of a pound from that number today, and if I’m good today I’ll drop below that number tomorrow, if it takes two days, don’t care! (I say that now, but if it does I’ll be upset)
Here’s the graph from Withings app on my phone.

April 25th, 2012 was the last recorded time I was this light. Don’t pay any mind to the goals in the screenshot, I’ll adjust that once I get a DEXA scan to reflect what 10% body fat would be given my muscle mass and assuming I don’t start shedding muscle to make a weight goal. It’s pretty apparent the yo-yo I’ve been on for years, and the years prior to owning this scale I wouldn’t know, and for almost a decade I wouldn’t step on a scale other than at the Dr.’s office, where the typical lecture would ensue.
