Day 42 249.3 lbs

1.4 lbs,.. you read that right,.. 1.4 lbs! That means whatever I’m doing is working and should be maintained! Day 2 of next to zero fat and no added fat to any food! No nuts or seeds of any kind, and all refined grains are out.

I made a batch of chili last night, beans, onion, garlic, tomato, and spices out the,.. you know! It’s good and hot and fills you up, with zero added fat! No oil of any kind. As long as this continues to work, I’ll continue to do it. It’s hard not having some walnuts during the day, it tends to take some steam out of my steps. Some of that steam is replaced by the fact that I’ve now broken through 250 lbs! Time to keep this going.
