Day 34 250.6 lbs

I know I was supposed to write a long blog this weekend, include some pics and the weight chart, etc. and that will happen. This weekend I got some news that I needed to spend some family time so that’s what I did.

Friday evening I went out for a 5k after a tough week and really enjoyed the run. Posted that run on social media and this mornings run too. I’m a bit surprised to find some weight loss when I stepped on the scale this morning because this weekend wasn’t my best effort at eating well. There was lots of activity so in some ways that made up for my poor eating habits, but that cannot continue or my loss efforts will falter.

Not real talkative this AM. A lot of other things on my mind today that aren’t really related to any of this. I’ll keep working on the big post and pics and such because that really needs to happen, for me more than anything.
