Day 14 261.2 lbs

Lost nothing yesterday, ate my way to zero. I’ve deviated from the Cray-Ray Winter hypothesis and it’s showing on the scale. Yesterday I ate 3 oat clusters, a bowl of beans and a bowl of corn and a big-arse salad! I also took a 3 mile jog/walk at a HR in zone 2. That, according to Cray-Ray would be a summer thing to do. When food is plentiful and your active beyond the minimum required to stay alive. How should I compensate for this and try to get back on the weight loss track, FAST!

Today I will fast until dinner time. That should clear out the calories I packed in yesterday and make room to burn some fat. I was thinking while driving in that maybe even on the wfpb lifestyle that fasting could be the quicker way to weight loss. Maybe every Tuesday and Thursday should be fast days, at least until the evening where I can have a simple plant based meal. A big salad and a potato or something.

Today will be boring. No fancy pictures of good food, nothing to report. It’s one of those not too glamour filled days that is losing weight. Cheers!
